JDE: Type of storage item for use in P1701 and P13714

We make equipment registration in P1701 and we linked ID Asset (ASII) and also ID Item (UITM). The ID Item (UITM) must be registered in Branch/Factory (P41026). For this, in an item register (P4101), what type of storage (STKT) should be informed?

In practice equipment is not stocked, but we can not leave storage type (STKT) = "N" (Non-Stockable) because in this case the system does not allow entry it in Branch/Factory (P41026).

If we type "E" (maintenance) the system requires "Cost Cost Level" (CLEV) <> 1, however there is no cost of inventory because the item is not stock.
