Attribute Definitions View not shown under the Administration - Product screen in siebel

Hi Folks,

There is no Attribute Definitions view under the  Administration - Product Screen while try to access through the sitemap in my local siebel Application. I'm using SADMIN Login to Logged in the Application(Siebel 16). I am already checked Tools and Responsibility everythings is looking fine, even it is a Existing View. I didn't know why it was not shown. Please help me to resolve this issue.
