unable to obtain connection to essbase

Hi,

We have a weird issue in hyperion planning, components related to essbase services like webforms, BRs are not opening and even the outline opens after a long time and then just hangs up..

On trying to open a webform it loads for the next 5 mins and then times out giving this error "Unable to obtain connection to essbase, please contact the administrator".

Let me know if this helps to give some resolution to this.
