XMLPReportServer Componet crash on start up using LDAP profile

Hi,

We are trying to resolve this issue for the past 2 weeks and also waiting for Siebel to respond for our SR:3-17445609561.

We have recently enabled FIPS 140-2 on our Solaris 11 OS and since then this issue happening:

- We have 3 AOMs with SecAdptName=LDAPEmpAdpt and starts up perfectly fine without any issue

- We have XMLPReportServer pointing to the same SecAdptName=LDAPEmpAdpt and on start up the component crashes with the following errors:

On OM Log - there are no errors and the log just stops in the below lines:

FDRLog FDRDetail 4 000209295af961f2:0 2018-05-15 10:43:54 Total # Buffer Wraps = 1

FDRLog FDRDetail 4 000209295af961f2:0 2018-05-15 10:43:54 Last Wrap Duration = 29 secs
