Approved Clearance Staying as Worksheet in RPM_STAGE_CLEARANCE

Clearance injector job sometimes approves the records but doesn't update the status in rpm_stage_clearance table.

Status in the stage table is 'W' but the record's state is 'pricechange.state.approved' in rpm_clearance table.

The approved record goes correctly to RFR and clearance payload tables, but user report confuses with the wrong status in the staging area.

Does anyone remember to have seen this kind of data issue ?

I am dealing with version 13.2.6.
