Sales Order Acknowledgement report differing in Header attachment and actions->preview & Print

We are base of Oracle apps R12.2.6, When we run the Program to generate a Sales Agreement/Sales Order or Contracts Attachment Program, the valid report is generated and attached in the header. But in case of Actions -> Preview and Print, it is displaying the values from VOs query but the Heading , Message/Field names are missing in the report generated in the Preview and print. Whereas in the attchement it is printing as expected.

After comparing the report output and source template , we could see the "<xsl:variable name = "BOILER_PLATE_MESSAGES_OBJ" select = "(/SO/TREX_CUSTOM/G_MESSAGES/MESSAGES)"/>"
