Auto accounting setup

User requirement is to have two Cost center Values for Projects. These Projects are in the same Org. It is made distinguished only by Class code of Research and Non-Research Projects. There is no parameter I can use in auto accounting setup to cater for the requirement.

Please suggest any workaround
