F4211 PROV flag is updating to '1' in one environment and '0' in other environment.

Hi,

I am trying to apply a discount from the customized sales order screen.

In one environment the F4211.PROV flag is getting updated with '1' , and in other environment with '0'.

There is no direct code to update this flag.

Is there any set up causing this ?
