Need module details for Vendor performance and Rating for Oracle Purchasing

Hi Team,

We have new clients who were asking for Vendor Rating in Oracle, we are on 12.2.6 version and need to understand what modules are required for Supplier performance and rating based on Purchase orders and delivery.
