Upgrade from IP 14.5 to IP 17.5 on non-unicode database

Hi,

I would like to know if there is any successful upgrade implementation from IP 14.5 or later to IP 17.5 on non-Unicode database.

We tried upgrading(IP 14.5 to 17.5) and came across multiple issues and were reporting/raising Oracle SR's. Below are some of the issues that are currently been investigated.

1. After IRM and full publish, some of the custom objects that were active as part of IP 14.5 repository were inactivated in IP 17.5 repository and it does not show up in critical conflicts. In log files, it shows attribute difference(Old Value - N and New Value - Y) for the Inactive flag for the objects. The number of such objects were running in thousands(View, Business Components, Business Objects, Applets, Links, Web Templates, etc). Raised Oracle SR and been investigated.
