You must enter the based-on value if the cost basis is a percentage value. (CST-2385206)

Trying to define an Overhead accounting rule based on percentage basis. The absorption type does have a value "Material  Group" but getting the error as above.

Anyone successful in implementing the OH rule base don percentage?
