JDE E1: JOBS are went Error Status

Hi All,

We are using JDE Xe version. Today Suddenly two (reports) jobs are went error status.

1.Report Error data:

23574 Wed May 16 05:01:57 2018 cleanup.c495

PROCESS ID: 19985 not active on uctvp104 for Job Name: R3483_MRL4444_15082364_PDF.

Updating job table to status E.

It was set to an "E" Status by the Cleanup program that runs at startup.

2. Report Error Data :
