Uninvoiced Receipt Report After Upgrade - Accruals Mismatch - PO Not Billed But Shows Billed Amount

Upgrading the instance from 11.5.10.2 To 12.2.6
As part of the data validation, we run Uninvoiced Receipt report in 11i and also run the same report in R12 after upgrade. But reports shows the mismatch balances.
Scenario:
1) Run reports 'Uninvoiced Receipt Report' on 27-Mar-2018 in 11i (For the month Mar-2018). It shows the accruals USD 223,803.55
2) Upgrade instance on 28-Mar-2018.
3) Run reports 'Uninvoiced Receipt Report' on 01-Apr-2018 in R12 (For the month Mar-2018). It shows the accruals USD 15,087.39
4) Apart from above, We also run the same report for the previous period (Dec-2017) in both 11i and R12 UAT instance but 11i report works based on the billed date and R12 shows the accrual balance as on date. Please also confirm is this behaviour in R12.
