Performance Management - Force Final Rating

Hi,

We're using Oracle R12.1.3 and have an issue where some employees are unable to view there appraisals for previous years.  The reason being that managers did not Give the Final Rating for some of their staff before the appraisal period closed.

Is there anyway that we can force this so the Final Rating is forced through for employees who's final rating has not been set for that plan?

Any assistance would be appreciated.
