11i to R12.2.7 upgrade

Hello,

We are starting our 11i to R12.2.7 upgrade .    I am trying to download the zip files from edelivery

Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2.0  Rapid Install Start Here   -  found

          2. Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2.0  Rapid Install (All Disks and Parts)   -  found

          3. Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2.0 for Linux x86-64 Rapid Install Technoloyg one-off Patches      Unable to find.

          4. Oracle WebLogic Server 11gR1 (10.3.6) Generic and Coherence  -  found

          5.Oracle Fusion Middleware Web Tier Utilities 11g  (11.1.1.9.0) for Linux x86-64  -  found

Also, for building stage  do we need R12.2.7 files or only R12.2.0
