HR_API_TRANSACTION_VALUES Original Columns are not being populated

in EBS Customizations (MOSC) Question

Hi,

For some transactions like Personal Information change, HR_API_TRANSACTION_VALUES.ORIGINAL column values are not being populated. Is there an attribute or function parameter that controls the population of the original columns in HR_API_TRANSACTION_VALUES?
