How to resolve Text to Number Issue in CSV Output Format

Hi,

In Fusion HCM, I have created a BI Report with ETEXT Template. The Output Format is .CSV

In my Report, I have Employee Number Column. Its a Character Field.

But, In my CSV Output Format it is getting converted into number Automatically.

For Example :

I have an Employee with Employee Number 00200

In my Report Output, Employee number is getting displayed as 200. But I want it to get displayed as 00200 itself.

Note : I need to achieve this without using Double Quote, as using double quotes would resolve this issue.

Do i have any other option to achieve this.
