HFM stability issue in version 11.1.2.4
Hi All,
We have encountered issue regarding HFM stability.
Sometimes, all users / some of the users cannot access to HFM application through workspace or Smartview suddenly. If we try to login to application when the issue happens, the application will continue to show loading and coming up with time-out error message.
The issue can only be resolved by server reboot. But, after the server have been restarted few days, the issue will happen again.
Below are the information for reference:
HFM version: 11.1.2.4.206 (latest HFM version)
Database: Microsoft SQL server 2012
Any suggestion?
