Unable to setup JDE 9.2 Trail Edition on Cloud

Hi,

I am trying to setup JDE 9.2 Trial on cloud through market place but i am getting the following error msg

"This app requires Compute Classic. Also, to install this app, you must be a service administrator for your Compute Classic.

We successfully verified all your available services. We can't continue with the installation of this app. You don't have a subscription to the required service or you're not a service administrator for the service."

Moreover, i also tried to create the instance from classic compute interface but get an error msg "Failed to install Marketplace image: Unexpected error 400. [8f909c7d-d81a-420a-8aa7-94d50a500a8f-0010898a]"
