Brazil localisation

Our Brazil based company is currently on its own instance of JDE and we want to bring it into our system. Reviewing their system I see Brazil localisation information. How do I upload that onto my JDE version E9.2? Also, p[art of the localisation seems to be a compliance interface with the Brazil government. this creates a text file that is sent to the government for them to track our customer invoices.

Can anyone help me with these issues?
