Need to Add RAC Node in Fresh Windows 2012R2 Machine

Hello All,

I have a situation here that, I had 2 Node RAC 11gR2 on windows 2012R2. But due to some hardware problem i had to format node2. Now the problem is resolved but now Node2 is fresh windows machine.

In node2  Oracle Grid Infrstructure  not installed then how can i add a Node to the existing cluster which is running on Node1. Can anybody help??

In document they have mentioned about Adding RAC Node with Oracle Clusterware installed. So what is the procedure how can we install and Add RAC Node into existing RAC running on Node1..
