Will MOS allow me to choose between two different contact numbers when creating SR?

Have a customer request where they would like to have office and mobile number associated with their user account and when creating an SR have the ability to choose which number would be the primary for that SR?  It seems like you can add the number manually on step 4 of creating a new SR in MOS, but is there a way to choose between office and mobile?
