Expense report not showing project field

We have 2 Expense report templates.

In one template, for expense type "Travel Conveyance" project fields are coming and user is able to select project. Whereas in another template we have defined expense type "Travel -Conveyance" but project field is not appearing. One User/Employee is able to see in both the template and another employee is able to see in one template.

Can somebody suggest where & what we have missed.
