Connection to Sample Db is not working in Siebel IP17

Hi,

I'm trying to make a connection to Siebel Sample Db (version IP17) on the local machine (under Win 10)

When I want to create a new Data Source (by using Siebel Database Driver in 32 bit ODBC Administrator Tool),

I'm getting a following error:

I have checked the mentioned path and the dbodbc9.dll is missing there.

Can you please advise if this behavior indicates the wrong installation or the connection to SAMPLE Db for IP17 is  established in another way ?

I noticed, that the IP17 installation path does not contain dbeng.exe as well  which has been used in previous Siebel versions in "Start Line" section of ODBC Administrator.
