Task Workflow notifications not generated automatically

Hello,

We are facing a issue regarding Task workflow notifications in R12.2.6.

The task notifications are not getting generated automatically.

I have reviewed the setup as per metalink note ( Doc ID 942672.1  ) & note 602628.1.

Workflow background engine for 'Workflow for task manager' is scheduled to run every 1 minute.

When I click on 'Launch Workflow' button in task tab, then the notification is sent out to technician properly.

Can you please let us know who to resolve this?
