How to resolve The requested URL /pls/CDWTST/wwv_flow.accept was not found. issue

Hello Team,

I am facing issue on migrating the APEX application to test env from Dev env. I am getting error below like that. Please help me out about this issue. And suggest me the following steps to resolve the issue. Please find the attached screen shot also.

steps i have followed below like that:

Step-1: Exported Application from Dev env to .sql format

Step -2: logged in to APEX work space in Test env.

Step-3: went to Import Application and choose this .sql file format(every time how i am migrating)

Step-4: Here i am facing issue.

Error message like: "The requested URL /pls/CDWTST/wwv_flow.accept was not found."
