Quote Upsert Integration is not sending blank values

I am facing some issue with the Quote Upsert integration. I am trying to send some text type field to Salesforce . In one scenario where, if Quote has some value in the text field then the same is updating in Salesforce. But if I blank out the text field in bigmachines then still the Salesforce field shows previous value. Is it some kind of issue with the Bigmachine tool that blank values are not updated during Quote Upsert?
