iReceivables HTML Statement Download opens in same window

Currently in iReceivables module on Account Summary page under Statement Download section, if user selects HTML format from LOV and then click on Download button. The HTML statement opens in the same Internet Explorer window without any back navigation link or back button This causes user to use the IE or browser back button to return to the application which is confusing and create bad user experience. Application does not behave same, if user uses PDF or RTF or Excel format. When user uses PDF or RTF or Excel format, then systems gives popup message to user with choice to open or save file.
