Supplier User ID Approved - Login password not working after PI 26

We are in the process of applying PI 24 to 26 in our FSCM 9.2 PI23 environment. It appears something changed in the supplier user approval process, and once the supplier user ID is approved. The supplier cannot login with the login credential generated from the system. Is any known issue reported on this supplier login password from the latest PI images or any other details would be helpful
