Oracle 12c Post upgrade validation checklist

Hi Folks, we are planning to upgrade to oracle 12c from oracle 11g.I was thinking of coming up with checklist which will help me verify that I have successfully migrated to oracle 12c .

I am running RAC with two nodes .Intention is to create list of commands with expected output.

Current version : 11.2.0.2

Is there a document available which I can use .Any leads or ideas will be helpful. Thanks in advance.
