Shipment Cost not  getting calculated based on individual ship units  weight or Volume
Example
Order release has  two ship units:
One ship unit has weight of 100 KG and Volume of .01CUMTR. Second ship unit  has weight of 400 KG and volume of 2 CUMTR.
Contracts are with Dimensional factor as--1CUMTR is 333 KG. When OTM plans the shipment it  considers total weight as 500 Kg and volume as 2.01 CUMTM. And OTM select rate based on the Volume  is 2.01 CUMTR which is greater than 500 Kg. Business expectation is that since order 1 has weight more than volume, OTM should charge based on higher weight. And for order 2 volume is higher than weight so in this case OTM should charge based on volume.
