Xstore to Customer engagement transaction data flow

Dear Community,

In xstore I am doing item sale transactions it is NOT affecting in the customer engagement TRN_LINE_ITEM table and all transaction related tables in CE, Integration done perfectly means customer can create from xstore to CE and vice versa its updating in DB, What will be the reason??? Kindly anybody update
