email is received some email ids and are not received by some other email ids
Hi,
I have set up the job. I have created incident rules. It has 2 email recipients. emails are received by just 1 recipient and is not getting received by any other email id recipient / administrator.
I have tried in several combinations of TO and CC list. I tried to change and swap the email ids. It is still sending the email notification to just recipient id -1 and 2nd one.
Any help would be appreciated.
Is there any view or log where I can verify what are all are email ids for whom email is sent by oem.
