certification with database 12.2.0.1

Is certifiied Database 12.2.0.1 (no RAC no CDB) in Solaris 10 and Oracle Solaris Cluster 3.3?

Hi,
I have a customer that is planning to deploy a database 12.2.0.1, single instance (no RAC nor ONE NOode) with no CDB, in HA architecture based on Solaris, composed by two nodes with:
  
  - Solaris 10 update 11
  - Oracle Solaris Clauster 3.3 update

The database will be configured as resource in cluster group.

Is this deployment certified?

In MOS, 12.2.0.1, is only certified with OSC 4.3 and Solaris 11, but only show RAC, it doesn't say anything about database as a Single Instance.
