PA Issue and change workflow in error

Hi Team,

We are creating a control - Issue in project Management and when we are changing the status from working to submitted,the workflow is showing Error.Set CI approver is not found in the workflow.

The same process i followed to create a Change request and when change request status is changed from working to submitted it is approved without any error.

Can anyone suggest on this.
