Flex Accounting In R42800

We want to Flex the BU for revenue and cost of sales when running R42800, but it is not using the Flex Setup. The Processing option is set on to use Flex Accounting but it is not using the setup for the BU. Has anyone used Flex Accounting for the BU is sales update?
