Vacation Accruals in dollars, not hours

My client stores their vacation history in dollars, not hours.  I have the Accrual working correctly.  When the employee takes vacation, they request in dollars, not hours.  I do not see this updating in the stub correctly.  Am I missing something,Va or what is the best way to do this?
