Let's get in front of the problems for 12.2.1.3 by sharing our information here

AS 12.2.1.3 is now available - We will have two new threads specifically for 12.2.1.3 due to previous problems with patch bundles.
We need everyone in the community to help (please!)

1) Corrections in README 12.2.1.3 instructions or content

     Add the specific Patch Number README
     Add the specific STEP if the problem is regarding the procedure including gaps ( missing or unclear information)

2) Problems found during patching

    Add the specific Patch Number and if Server or Storage
    If the problem is on HA include the node which has the problem
    If the problem is with DCS include the messages JOBID details describing what failed
