Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. This thread is specific to any questions or problems with the ODA 12.2.1.3 READMEs and instructions

Lets help each other and document any questions asap!

Corrections in README 12.2.1.3 instructions or content including steps

Confirm if this is for an UPGRADE, NEW DEPLOYMENT, or RE-DEPLOYMENT
Version you are patching from and to (or if this is a [re]deployment)
Add the specific Patch Number README or docset reference(s) - cut-n-paste the source may work the best
Also: Add the specific STEP if the problem is regarding the procedure including gaps ( missing or unclear information)
