Known issues - Suggestions when asking a question or creating an SR

Problems found during patching

  • Add the specific Patch Number and if Server or Storage
  • If the problem is on HA include the node which has the problem
  • If the problem is with DCS include the messages JOBID details describing what failed
  • Add the specific STEP if the problem is regarding the procedure including gaps ( missing or unclear information)
  • Provide ORAChk and pre-patch check outputs including any verification that the patch could be applied in pre-patch testing - See docs for more information
