We are looking for feedback on Twilio cost and experience?

Does anyone have a contact that we can work with to get an all inclusive cost estimate for Twilio?

 

We have data from the Collaborate Conference indicating that the cost is a penny for outbound and 1/4 penny for acknowledgement and $1.00 per phone line per month.  Are there additional contract fees?  How many users are recommended per phone line? 

Also, are there any Users that can let us know if they saw an increase in mobile usage after implementing Twilio text message and if so, by how much? 

We appreciate any feedback users of the Twilio text message can supply for our consideration.   Any unexpected hurdles or complaints from your Users?
