I got this error on the standby database:

Errors in file /u01/app/oracle/diag/rdbms/mdmsdb_stb/mdmsdb/trace/mdmsdb_m002_3755.trc:

ORA-48132: requested file lock is busy, [HM_FINDING] [/u01/app/oracle/diag/rdbms/mdmsdb_stb/mdmsdb/lck/AM_1919660852_3403801080.lck]

ORA-48170: unable to lock file - already in use

Linux-x86_64 Error: 11: Resource temporarily unavailable
