ACL's to view reports and planning parameters

Hi All,

Does any body shed some light on what would be the ACL that would give access to users the capability to View and Run reports in OTM. The users are assigned with ACL that already has access to Report Actions , Reports - Update and Reports - View

But when the users try getting into to Reports menu within OTM they don't see any of the reports (both Public and Custom reports).

Also the same happens for Planning parameters, when users try to bulk plan orders they don't see any of the planning parameters on the drop down list.
