How to make an Individual item tab read only on Inventory item form

Dear All,

I want to make Inventory tab read-only leaving other editable. I'm aware that this is not possible through the standard process. Has anyone tried to customize it and has tested it?

I tried to few options through form personalization but it was not successful as tab page personalization is not available in the item form.
