Bill to changes at SO headers are not cascading to SO lines automatically.

Hi All,

We have set  the value of the profile option OM: Sales Order Form: Cascade Header Changes to Line " Automatic" at responsibility level  the changes made to the header is not  cascading to the lines automatically. But Ship to and payment terms  changes are automatically cascaded to lines .Currently we are working with R11 version .Kindly suggest .
