How Direct Labor and setup Labor

Hi,

Can any one Please explain how Direct Labor and setup Labor are different as Manufacturing Point off view. in manufacturing how can be differentiate both of them with each other.

eg. Labor cost is for Labor worked and Material cost is for material used same way how direct labor and setup labor different.
