AIS connection issues

Dear Expert,

We have configure the AIS server with SSL, when the user acces to AIS server, the following message appeared.

We manage to capture e1root.log the messagee encounter as follow:-

22 May 2018 15:50:51,592 [SEVERE]  - [AIS]      JAS ERROR OUTPUT: inputParams  INPUT PARAMS: CHUSN-SBJPY910-*ALL-https://<server and port> Exception Occurred Server returned HTTP response code: 405 for URL: https://<server and port>/jde/FormServiceRequest java.io.IOException: Server returned HTTP response code: 405 for URL: https://<server and port>/jde/FormServiceRequest

Is there a location to configure the AIS SOAP?
