CAFE1 is not displayed

Hi community,

I am struggling to understand the reason why a certain CAFE1 which is assigned to various roles and it works as expected apart from one specific role. There isn't any security restrictions for that role and application. The cafe1 is a combination of the P42101 and a dynamic link to the sales order invoice.

To be noted that for testing purposes I assigned the CAFE1 directly to the userid instead of the role but still it doesn't work.

Any suggestions are highly appreciated.
