Siebel IP 16 Local Tools installation

Hi All,

I have been trying to install IP 16 local tools since morning, and after 7 unsuccessful attempts, im writing this.

All goes well, till post installation tasks, and then it says Oracle XE database installed successfully, but post installation tasks failed with error.

I tried by doing a clean sweep multiple times but noting seems to be helping..

Most funny part is it gives a statement to do manual installation as mentioned in a document which im unable to find.
