Issue with creating fyi notifications using ame.

Hi Community

We are currently facing an issue whereby fyi notifications are not showing in sshr when someone has applied for leave of absence on the review page.

We have turned on allow fyi notifications in ame and created a fyi rule but still fyi notifications are not showing when someone applies for leave of absence in sshr on the review page. Can someone help in this regard
